• If Any client is found to be doing any illegal activity and law enforcing authorities ask for the information stored on our servers or the contact information of the client, Silicon Global Software System will handover the data that will help them solve the problem without notifying the client.
• Client will be responsible for the type of material being hosted by him, and if found illegal by law and any complaints are made against it, Silicon Global Software System hold the right to terminate clients account or give him a warning and ask him to remove the content.
• Silicon Global Software System holds the right to terminate or suspend any Hosting account at any time without giving any reason to the client.
• In any case if any type penalty arises the amount to be paid by Silicon Global Software System shall never be more than the amount paid by the same client for buying that service or product on which it arose.
• Client will be doing dealing with people through Silicon Global Software System service at his own risk, Silicon Global Software System are not responsible for any liabilities arise on part of client from anybody due to any thing wrong with our service.
• Spamming, IRc bots, hosting any type of servers or hosting of adult or illegal is strictly prohibited on our servers, anyone found indulged in doing such acts will have his/her/their account terminated immediately and handed over to legal authorities if required.
• Silicon Global Software System May update the Terms Of service Without giving any notice to the client at any time and that terms will also be applicable to the client.
• If a client requests Silicon Global Software System to install any software on their servers for the client to utilize the final decision to install or not to install will totally be taken by Silicon Global Software System and will be Binding on the client
• If there is overuage of the bandwidth or disk then the accounts will be suspended and whenever the account will be reactivated the client or reseller that is overusing the rseources have to the pay for the extra resources that they have used as they are responsible for maintaining the usage for the package under allocated.
• Client should keep a check on the terms of service as frequently as he/she/they can because if the client keeps on using the service after a change has been made to Terms of Service then that means the client agrees to the terms of service.
